Thanks for booking a video meeting. Here’s what you need to do:
A few hours before our meeting:
- Think about what you want to achieve from our session.
- Have an overview of the main outcomes you’d like from your session, have a look here for some ideas: https://digitalready.tas.gov.au/resources/
- Be ready with all of your passwords to login to everything – websites, social media, etc.
10 minutes before:
- The link to access the meeting will be in your initial booking confirmation and reminder emails.
- It’s a good idea to jump onto the link 10 minutes before our meeting so you can familiarise yourself and test out your microphone and camera.
- Once you’ve clicked the link, the meeting should automatically load. If it doesn’t, follow the prompts. If I’m not there when you log in, just hang tight and I won’t be long. If we can’t seem to connect, don’t panic, I’ll call you on your mobile or we can reschedule your appointment.
In our meeting:
- We’ll generally spend the first 10 minutes discussing your business, what you sell, who your target markets are, etc.
- Be prepared to take notes!
- I will share my screen with you, and here’s some useful info about how to screenshare in Zoom in case you need to share yours back with me.
